    midnight) and wake up after eight or seven hours´╗┐

    Good list, but you forgot one thing Alpha… Sleep! Probably equally
    important along with proper diet and workouts. Without rest you won’t grow.
    And rest does not mean, sit in front of the TV or surf online. Go for a
    light walk, read a book, *just* listen to music etc. ´╗┐

    So I’m just starting a work out regiment. I’m not fat and I don’t really
    need to lose weight. I just want to build muscle. How many days a week
    should I work out? I’m thinking one day on and one day off. I’m thinking 3
    days a week? Your thoughts, thanks!

    I can vouch for him on the eating out part I play hockey 3 days a week
    that’s 1 hour and 20 minutes of 2 minute lung barning, muscle aching
    gauntlets of pushing, sprinting and hitting with a 4 minute brake between.
    I would also like to add that I eat a footlong sub with ham and 4 sets of 2
    bacon. Im not fat but your not seeing my muscles.´╗┐

    The only way you get abs to show is to have your body fat at or below 10%
    other than that your never gonna see em and it also depends on your
    genetics everyone’s physique is different, do a lot of abs exercises will
    just thicken your abs so make sure you work everything ´╗┐
